MIAMISBURG, Ohio - The University of Dayton women's tennis team swept NCAA Division II Ashland on Sunday afternoon, taking down the Eagles 7-0 at the South Regency Tennis Center.

Seniors Neena Katauskas and Laura Greb took No. 1 doubles by a 6-3 final and freshman Haley Klein and junior Montserrat Sierra teamed to win No. 2 doubles, 6-2.

On the singles side, Greb had the most dominating victory, winning 6-0, 6-0 at No. 2. Katauskas (6-2, 6-0) and Klein (6-2, 6-0) also coasted to wins at No. 1 and No. 4, respectively. Sierra pulled out a win at No. 5, 7-5, 6-1, while freshman Stela Vlaisavljevic won at No. 3, 6-3, 6-1. Junior Grace Murphy was victorious at No. 6, 6-3, 6-4.

The Flyers travel to Indiana to take on Ball State in Muncie on Saturday, Feb. 15 at 1 p.m. UD then welcomes Eastern Kentucky to the South Regency Tennis Center on Sunday, Feb. 16 at 1 p.m.
