Cincinnati, Ohio- The University of Dayton men's tennis team beat Xavier in a close match 4-3 on the road.
The Flyers secured the doubles point with a 6-3 victory from sophomore
Kyle McNally and freshman
Brady Hussey, while freshman
Andreas Nygaard and junior
Sai Dore added a 6-4 win.
In singles play, Dayton split the six matches. McNally dominated at No. 1 with a convincing 6-3, 6-1 win, while sophomore
Mikkel Zinder battled through a tough three-set match at No. 2 to continue his strong start to the season. Dore sealed the victory at No. 3 with a solid 6-1, 6-4 win, securing UD's 12th consecutive triumph.
UP NEXT: Dayton will travel to face rival VCU on the road at the Academy Volleyball Club on Friday, March 21
