Baseball Rides Six-Run Fourth To 8-3 Victory Over Fordham

Ryan MacDougall Hit His Third Home Run Of The Season To Lead The Offense

BRONX, N.Y. – The University of Dayton baseball team rode a six-run fourth inning to an 8-3 victory over Fordham in the series finale on Sunday afternoon at Houlihan Park.

For the second straight day, sophomore Ryan MacDougall made a lot of noise at the plate, highlighting the FlyBoys' six-run frame with a three-run homer. Michael DiMartini and Adin Zorn also collected RBI in the frame.

Dayton trailed early, as the Rams plated a run in the second, but UD struck back to plate a pair in the third on RBI from Mason Dobie and MacDougall.
