DAYTON - The University of Dayton baseball team dropped the second game of its series against St. Bonaventure, 11-4 on Friday afternoon at Woerner Field at AES Ohio Stadium.
Freshman
Ty Mainolfi hit his sixth home run of the season and sophomore
Michael DiMartini slugged his 13th in the defeat. Freshman
Rylan Lujo finished the game with three singles, and sophomore
Ryan MacDougall went 2-for-2 with a triple and three walks.
The Bonnies scored four runs in the first three innings and never looked back, ultimately adding seven more runs with a four-run seventh and a three-run ninth.
Both teams finished the contest with 11 hits, but Dayton stranded 14 runners in the game.
