COLUMBUS, Ohio - The 25th-ranked University of Dayton men's soccer team ended its Thursday night matchup against Temple with a 0-0 draw in the first match of Ohio State's Wolstein Classic at Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium. Senior Ethan Sassine and junior Miles Bonham led the Flyer attack with three shots apiece.

Dayton moves to 1-0-2 on the season while Temple is now 0-2-1 for the year.

"It was a disappointing result for us after coming off a big win last Sunday," said head coach Dennis Currier. "Defensively, we have not conceded a goal which is a major positive, but we have to be more productive with our four attacking players to create goals consistently."

25th-ranked Dayton will wrap the weekend with its second match of Ohio State's Wolstein Classic. Dayton will square off against Oakland on Sunday at 4 p.m. at OSU's Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium.
