TULSA, Okla. – The University of Dayton men's tennis team returns to Dayton with a 3-2 record at ITA All-American Championships by Kyle McNally and Mikkel Zinder.
Zinder, a junior from Richboro, Pa., advanced to the qualifying round, just second in program history. Jordan Benjamin was the first to make it that far back in 2018.
In order to qualify, Zinder beat players from Santa Clara, Oklahoma and Louisville before falling to a player from Wake Forest in the qualifying round. Asahi Harazaki from Oklahoma and Luca Pow from Wake Forest were seeded at No. 4 and No. 17, respectively.
McNally dropped his opening match against Francisco Llanes from South Florida.
