NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The University of Dayton baseball dropped Sunday's game against Lipscomb, 9-6.
Down 2-0 after the first inning, the FlyBoys tied the game on a fielder's choice, hit by Danny MacDougall. With runners on second and third, a single by Dyrenson Wouters took the lead. Jason Bello wrapped up the FlyBoys' scoring with a single to left field.
After the Bisons tied the game at four apiece in the bottom of the second, Bobby Stang homered to right field with a runner on second, pulling back out in front. The Flyers held the lead until Lipscomb tied the game in the seventh, before tacking on three runs in the eighth.
