DAYTON – The University of Dayton women's tennis team suffered a 6-1 loss to Western Michigan on Sunday morning.
Mallory Hitchcock was Dayton's only winner, earning the point for the Flyers on her opponent's retirement.
Dayton will face its first conference opponent, hosting Duquesne on Feb. 13 before playing Ball State on Feb. 14.
