DAYTON – The University of Dayton baseball team dropped a home game to Bowling Green on Tuesday, 9-5.
Danny MacDougall scored first on an error by Bowling Green. With Colin Lynch on third, Bobby Stang hit a home run deep in left field to take a 3-0 lead.
After the Falcons tied the game in the fourth, Grayson Carpenter scored on a single by MacDougall.
BGSU took an 8-4 lead in the seventh inning, but Jason Bello scored on a wild pitch to cut their lead to 8-5 before Bowling Green scored in the ninth.
