Jadyn Haywood have been named the
Ohio's 529 Plan CollegeAdvantage Student-Athletes of the Week. These awards are for contests held March 23-29.
McNally had a perfect 4-0 weekend in the Flyers' 4-0 wins over Fordham and Duquesne. At No. 1 singles, the junior won both matches in two sets, winning 6-4, 6-2 against Fordham and 6-1, 6-2 against Duquesne. He also helped clinch the doubles point with 6-3 and 6-2 doubles wins at the No. 2 spot. McNally was also named the Atlantic 10's Player of the Week for the fourth time this season on Tuesday.
Haywood earned two victories this weekend at the Don McGarey Invitational, hosted by Kennesaw State University. She won the 200m in 23.60, breaking her own school record. The next day, she finished atop the podium in the 100m, running a time of 11.52, ranking her 31st in Division One. Both times are the fastest amongst A-10 athletes this season. Additionally, she anchored the 4x100m team that set a school record of 45.72, the fastest time in the A-10 this year.
