DAYTON - The University of Dayton Athletics Department and Gem City Tire are excited to continue the Gem City Tire Ball Kids Program for the 2026-27 men's basketball season. 

Eligible program participants will have the opportunity to interact with their favorite Flyers as they warm up for the game. For their participation, Ball Kids will receive one (1) complimentary game ticket, one (1) complimentary ticket for one (1) parent/guardian (if not a season ticket holder), a Gem City Tire Ball Kids t-shirt, and pregame recognition on the center-hung video board at UD Arena. 

In addition to being able to perform general responsibilities, all eligible participants must meet the following requirements:

• Must be between 3rd-6th grade
• Ability to arrive one (1) hour before tip-off
• Ability to listen and follow verbal instructions from UD Athletics Staff
• Submit a fully completed entry form meeting all qualifications by Friday, October 16, 11:59:59 PM EST

Selection of the game ball recipients will take place on Monday, October 19. Future Flyer Kids Club members will receive priority in selection. Not all entries will be scheduled for a game. Those not scheduled will serve as alternates. Please ensure accurate availability when completing your entry, as we will not be able to accommodate the rescheduling of games.
