Made 17 appearances and five starts to combine for a 4-3 record…Tallied one save in 47.1 innings pitched…Struck out 25, falling just short of his career-best of 26…Had six strikeouts in six innings pitched against Cleveland State on March 6.

2008 
Appeared in 19 games and started five for the Flyers...Had an ERA of 3.09 and held opponents to a staff-best batting average of .216...His best starting appearance resulted in five strikeouts over 4.0 innings with no earned runs allowed in a 9-3 win over Valparaiso...His strongest relief effort came against Richmond throwing 3.0 scoreless innings with one strikeout...Fifth on the team in innings pitched with 43.2...Opponents hit just .214 off him with runners on base, which was the tops on the Flyer pitching staff.

2007 
Made his first Flyer appearance against Wofford where he pitched 1.0 inning...Appeared in 14 games overall...Had his first career strikeout against Notre Dame...Ended the season with 21 strikeouts and a 6.03 ERA.

Prior to UD 
Second-team all-conference pick out of Hudson High School...Plain Dealer Player of the Week...Also named to Plain Dealer Northeast Ohio All-Star team...Selected as team Defensive MVP.
