Biography

2010: Jerica played valuable minutes for the Flyers having a career-high in minutes played at 1,755...also tallied career highs in goals (6), assists (6) and points (18) at midfield for the Flyers...her 18 points were second on the team as she was also second on the team in shots with 49...scored three game-winning goals, another career high...named to the 2010 Penn Invitational All-Tournament Team...also garnered key Atlantic 10 awards being named Midfielder of the Year, the first Flyer ever to win this award...was also named First Team All-Atlantic 10...selected to the Atlantic 10 All Championship team and as a College Soccer 360 Primetime Player of the Week...also was named NSCAA Second Team All-Region.

2009:  Played in 20 games for the Flyers, making six starts on the season… scored five goals and added one assist for a total of 11 points… two of the five goals were game winners, including the highlight of the season, scoring the game-winning strike in the 87th minute of the Atlantic 10 Championship Game...this earned her a CollegeSoccer 360 Primetime Performers of the Week award and the Flyers their sixth A-10 Tournament Championship… selected as the Atlantic 10 Player of the Week after amassing three goals in two contests, one of which came in a 1-1 tie against No. 25 Auburn (Aug. 28)… also named to the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll for Fall 2009...was also an Arthur Ashe Jr. Scholar Athlete nominee.

2008: Saw action in 17 games and earned nine starts...Notched four goals and two assists for 10 points...Scored her first goal against Pittsburgh (Aug. 29), a 3-2 Flyer overtime win in the Illini Challenge Cup, and was named to the All-Tournament Team...Also tallied goals in conference games against Saint Joseph's (Sept. 28), the game-winner vs. Xavier (Oct. 5) and had a goal and an assist in a 3-2 win over Fordham (Oct. 31)...Had an assist in Dayton's season opener against nationally-ranked Indiana (Aug. 22)...Led the A-10 with 4.43 shots per conference game...Was tied for 10th in the conference for points scored in A-10 games...Named to the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll and UD Dean's List for Spring 2009.

2007: Appeared in 21 games as a freshman, starting five, including her first collegiate start vs. Cal-Poly (Aug. 31)...Scored two goals on four shots on goal...Recorded her first career collegiate goal, the game winner, in UD's season opener, a 2-0 victory over Cal Poly.

Prior to UD: Tallied 63 goals and 60 assists as a four-year starter and two-year captain at St. John's College High School ...Named First Team all-Conference and First Team Washington Post All-Metro in 2005 and 2006... Helped her high school team achieve its first winning-season in the program's history as a freshman in 2003...Club team was the Maryland State Cup Champions in 2005 and 2006...Part of the Maryland ODP State team from 2002-2006.
