2013 Cross Country
Competed in six events for the Flyers... Finished 1st at the Friendship Invite, leading the Flyers to a team title with a time of 22:15.57 in the 6K event (Sept. 21)... Posted a season-best time of 21:57.43 in the 6K at the NCAA Pre-Nationals and finished 39th out of 227 (Oct. 19)...  Took 4th-place at the All-Ohio Championships with a time of 22:34.54 (Oct. 4)... Finished 6th and recorded a season-best time of 18:00.94 in the 5K at the Queen City Invitational (Sept. 6)... Took 56th at the A10 Championships (Nov. 2).

2012 Cross Country
Competed in five events for the Flyers... Posted a season-best time of 17:50.6 in the 5K at the National Catholic Invitational (Sept. 14) and finished 13th out of 266 runners... Finished first overall at the All-Ohio Championships with a time of 17:52.03 (Sept. 29)... Took home 7th at the Atlantic 10 Championships in Philadelphia... Posted a time of 17:59.7 at the A-10's... Had a season-best time of 21:12 in the 6K at the Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 9) and finished 34th... Recorded a time of 21:26.5 and a sixth-place finish at the NCAA Pre-Nationals' 6K race (Oct. 13) out of 243 runners.

2011-2012 Track and Field
Placed first in the mile (5:05.53) at the Doug Raymond Invite... Bettered that time at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships setting a new season best in the mile with a time of 4:59.90... Placed first in thie 3000m steeplechase at the South Carolina Weems Baskins Invitational with a time of 11:17.03... Set a personal best time of 10:39.85 at the Atlantic 10 Championships placing fourth... Followed that race up with a second place finish at the Louisville Cardinal Twilight (10:59.12).

2010-2011 Track and Field
Was a member of the 4x800m relay team that placed fourth at the championships.. Had individual success in the Mile run where she placed fourth with a personal best time of 4:58.58... Transitioned smoothly into her first outdoor season as she was a vital part to Dayton’s success... Was a member of the 4x800m relay team that placed third at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships.

High School
Ran a personal record time of 2:16.5 in the 800 Meter Run to qualify for the state meet in 2009, where she placed 15th overall... Ran 5:00.42 in the state meet where she placed second.
