2015-16 Track and Field (Senior)
• Named to Dayton All-Academic Team
• Nominated for the Presidential Scholar-Athlete Award
• Finished seventh in the 3000m steeplechase at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships
• Competed in the 2000m steeplechase and the 3000m steeplechase across five events
• Set a PR in the 2000m steeplechase with a time of 7:54.87 at the Oliver Nikoloff Invite
• Finished in the Top 7 in all five events outdoors
• In her indoor season, she placed third in the 800m at the Buckeye Classic with a time of 2:26.87

2014-15 Track and Field (Junior)
• In the indoor season, she placed third in the mile at the Akron Invite (2/7) with a time of 5:10.45
• Finished eighth in the Atlantic 10 Championships (2/22) in the 4x800m with a time of 9:28.47
• For her outdoor season, she placed second in the 3000m SC at the Tiger Classic (4/4) with a time of 11:06.29 and also at the Louisville Twilight (5/8) with a time of 11:12.23
• Finished fifth at the Atlantic 10 Championships (5/3) in the 3000m SC with a time of 11:06.83.
2013-2014 Track and Field (Sophomore)
• In her indoor season, she placed third at the Buckeye Classic (1/10) in the 800m with a time of 2:21.21
• Placed fifth at the Indiana Relays (2/1) in the 4x800m with a time of 9:14.34
• Finished fourth at the Atlantic 10 Championships (2/23) in the 1000m with a time of 2:57.62
• For her outdoor season, placed third at the Raleigh Relays (3/29) in the 3000m SC with a time of 10:59.23
• Placed second with a time of 10:46.32 at the Louisville Twilight (5/16), in the 3000m steeplechase
• Finished fifth at the Atlantic 10 Championships, with a time of 10:44.48 in the 3000m steeplechase.
2013 Cross Country (Sophomore)
• Competed in three events for the Flyers
• Had a season-best time of 18:03.1 in the 5K at the Atlantic 10 Championships and finished 28th overall (Nov. 2)
• Recorded a time of 22:49 in the 6K at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional, her best mark in that event for the year (Nov. 15)
• Recorded a time of 23:05.49 in the 6K at the NCAA Pre-Nationals meet (Oct. 19)
• Helped team to a pair of Top 7 finishes and 16th place at the Regional meet.
2012-2013 Track and Field (Freshman)
• Participated in the one mile run, 800m run, 1000m run, and 3000m run during the indoor track season
• Finished with a time of 5:17.43 in the one mile at the YSU College Invite (1/25)
• Posted a time of 10:24.51 in the 3000m run at the Atlantic 10 Championships (2/16)
• Focused on the 3000m steeplechase during the 2012-13 outdoor track season
• Earned third place in the Oliver Nikoloff Invitational (3/29) with a time of 11:15.54
• Finished third in the Miami Invitational (4/5) with a time of 11:12.12
• Placed fourth in the Georgia Tech Invitational (5/10) with a time of 11:03.82
• Competed at the USA Junior Nationals meet in Iowa and finished fifth in the 3000m steeplechase.
2012 Cross Country (Freshman)
• Competed in all six events for the Flyers
• Posted a season-best time of 18:49.3 in the 5K at the National Catholic Invitational (Sept. 14), finishing 42nd in the event out of 266 runners
• Recorded a time of 22:47.1 in the 6K at the NCAA Pre-Nationals (Oct. 19)
• Took home 10th place at the All-Ohio Championships with a time of 19:26.36 • Finished 17th in the Flyer 5K (19:11).
High School
• Graduated from Alter High School
• Anchored the 4x800 meter station champion team which set an OHSAA Div. II State Record as well as a school record in 2011
• Was a state-qualifier in cross country, finishing fifth overall at the OHSAA Div. II State Championships in 2011 after running a PR time of 18:31
• Was a four-year honor student at Alter, three-time team MVP for the Alter Knights, and was recognized with GGCL First Team recognition and All-Ohio First Team honors.
