University of Dayton Athletics

Heather Hogan joined the University of Dayton staff in July of 2009 as an academic coordinator for student-athletes. Her responsibilities include monitoring academic progress, teaching life skills courses, coordinating study hall for student-athletes and serving as a co-advisor for the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.

Hogan is a 2009 graduate of Springfield College in Massachusetts, with a master's degree in psychology and a concentration in athletic counseling. During her time at Springfield, she worked as an Athletic Counseling graduate associate and as an intern with several youth, high school and collegiate athletes, focusing on academic progress and athletic performance.

Hogan earned her bachelor's degree in psychology in 2007 from the University of Maine. She is also a member of the National Association of Academic Advisors for Athletics.
