(CROSS COUNTRY) Conlon recorded a season best time of 20:28 at the Greater Louisville Classic to place 205th overall.
(INDOOR) Participated in the one mile run four times...Posted a season best time of 5:28.41 at the Findlay Classic...Ran a time of 5:35.45 at the Indiana Open... Also competed in the 800 meter run clockin in at 2:33.32 at the Indiana Open.

2007-2008
(CROSS COUNTRY) Ran in four meets during the 2007 season...Posted a new personal best time at the Falcon Invitational, where she placed seventh for UD and 72nd overall in 19:52...Broke the 20-minute mark at the Greater Louisville Invitational en route to a 10th place finish among Flyer runners...Placed 59th overall at the Flyer 5K and finished 10th on the team at the Atlantic 10 Championships in a time of 21:52.
(INDOOR) Recorded a personal best in the 800 meter run (2:29.40) to finish eighth at the Findlay Classic...Also posted a career best in the one mile run (5:24.13) to finish fourth at the DePauw Invite.
(OUTDOOR) Competed twice in the 800 meter run and four times in the 1500 meter run...Recorded a season best in the 800 meter run (2:28.62) at the All-Ohio Championship...Also tallied a personal best at the All-Ohio Championship in the 1500 meter run (4:56.44).

2006-2007
(CROSS COUNTRY) Ran in six meets for the Flyers...She posted her best 5K time of the season at the Flyer 5K running in a time of 20:08 helping lead her team to fourth place finish...Displacing more than 200 runners at the National Catholic Invite she finished seventh for the Flyers and 68th overall in a time of 20:23...Finished the season at the Atlantic 10 Championships where she clocked in at 20:24. 
(INDOOR) Part of the 4x800 relay team that set a season best time of 9:44.36...Placed fifth in the 800 meter run at Ball State in 2:31.01...Recorded a fourth place finish at the ONU Friday Night Series in the 1000 meter run while setting a personal best time of 3:14.06...Posted her best mile time of the season at the Findlay Classic in 5:34.91.
(OUTDOOR) Member of the 4x800 relay team to record a new school record at the Atlantic 10 Championships (9:16.34)...Ran 2:21.66 in the 800 meter at the Stan Lyons meet posting the third fastest time of the season for a Flyer in the event...Also competed in the 1500 meter run posting a personal best time of 4:59.89 at the Stan Lyons Invitational.

High School
Four year state qualifier in cross country. Three time state qualifier in 4x800m relay. Also qualified for state individually in the 1600 and 800m runs. Named to the all-state squad in 2003.
