Posted a 6-1 record in seven starts as a midweek pitcher in 2009...Was second on the team with a 3.99 ERA...Made eight additional appearances in relief and collected one save against High Point on Feb. 22...Recorded 25 strikeouts...averaged 1.92 strikeouts to walks...Tallied five strikeouts against Butler on March 31, Shawnee State on April 21 and Eastern Kentucky on May 12.

Made two starts and appeared in 10 ballgames ... Struck out 13 men in 19 1/3 innings ... Tossed a scoreless frame in relief at Minnesota ... Pitched two innings of relief against Ball State ... Earned first victory of his career with three innings of scoreless ball vs. Indiana State... Gave up three hits, struck out three and walked none ... Opening Day starter  who went four innings at Charlotte, allowing two earned runs with one walk and four punchouts.

HIGH SCHOOL 
Named all-conference, all-city and all-area during his high school career...compiled an 8-1 record with a 1.34 ERA...clinched a 2005 regional championship with a complete game effort in the title game.
