As a junior, Quinn was a member of the 2010 Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association Scholar-Athlete list and was one of three Flyers named to the 2010-11 Atlantic 10 All-Academic team. She rowed in UD's V8 win at the 2011 Occoquan Sprints where they finished in front of a 16 boat field, including A10's opponents Saint Joe's and Temple, and took gold by .22 seconds with a time of 7:26.6. The Flyer V8 carried this momentum into their conference championships in Pennsauken, NJ, where they posted a third place finish in the second heat of the morning to qualify for Grand Finals, then came back in the afternoon to win the event by 12.25 seconds. For winning their first ever gold in the event and eclipsing the previous Atlantic 10 Championship record winning spread, the Dayton Women's Varsity 8 was voted Crew of the Week in a national poll on Row2k.com. Overall, UD finished 4th as a team behind a three-way tie. Quinn helped the V8 advance to the petite finals of the 2011 Aberdeen Dad Vail Regatta to close the year.
2009-10
Quinn raced in the Varsity 4 and the Varsity 8 throughout her first fall season on the varsity squad, placing in each at the Head of the Eagle in Indianapolis and posting the fastest time in the Open 4+'s race at the Head of the Mon in Morgantown, WV against WVU and George Washington. In the spring Quinn contributed to the V8's speed in a dual meets against Drake, at the George Washington Invitation on the Potomac River, and at the Dale England Cup hosted by Indiana University. Quinn was in the Flyer's JV8 at the Atlantic 10 Conference Championships, Dayton's only boat to advance to Grand Finals, and raced in the V8 at the NCAA qualifying Central/South Sprints against the fastest teams in the region in Oak Ridge, Tennessee to close out the season.
