2010-11
A member of Dayton's Varsity 8 that won the 2011 Atlantic 10 Championship. At the 2011 A-10 Championship, Dayton's Varsity 8 not only won, but set an Atlantic 10 Championship record winning the event by 12.25 seconds, eclipsing the previous mark of 12.0 seconds. The Flyers finished with a time of 7:52.20. The Dayton Women's Varsity 8 was voted the week's Crew of the Week on Row2k.com for their winning their first ever Atlantic 10 Championship.

2009-10

2008-2009
Doepker raced in the Varsity 8+ throughout the year. They competed in a number of races and had good showings at all of them including a very close fourth place finish at the Atlantic 10 Championships. During the summer Doepker also competed with Penn AC in lightweight 1x, 2x, and 2- events. She won a gold medal in the Intermediate ltw 2- and a bronze in the Senior ltw 2- at the USRowing Club National Championships.

2007-2008 
Doepker raced in the Varsity 8+ at the Head of the Charles Regatta where the team finished in 7th place with one of their best times ever. She also raced in a very fast novice 8+ and lightweight 8+ throughout the year. The lightweight 8+ won silver at the Atlantic 10 championships. She also raced in the JV 8+ at the Dad Vail Regatta.

Personal 
Doepker is majoring in mechanical engineering. Before attending UD Doepker played one year of basketball, and two years of varsity cross country at Chaminade-Juilenne HS. She also rowed for 4 years with Dayton Boat Club where during her senior year she served as team captain and helped contribute to an 8th place finish in the Varsity 4+ at the USRowing Youth National Championships.
