2010-11
A member of Dayton's Varsity 8 that won the 2011 Atlantic 10 Championship, Dormish earned a Second Team, All-Atlantic 10 selection. At the 2011 A-10 Championship, Dayton's Varsity 8 not only won, but set an Atlantic 10 Championship record winning the event by 12.25 seconds, eclipsing the previous mark of 12.0 seconds. The Flyers finished with a time of 7:52.20. The Dayton Women's Varsity 8 was voted the week's Crew of the Week on Row2k.com for their winning their first ever Atlantic 10 Championship.

2009-10
A member of Dayton's Varsity 8 and served as the coxswain.

2008-2009
Dormish coxed the second Varsity 8+ in the Atlantic 10 Championship. Since the 2008-2009 season Dormish has been a varsity coxswain.

2007-2008
Dormish rowed in the lightweight four at the A-10 Championship.

Personal
In high school Dormish was on Lakota West's varsity Dance Team. The Team was National Champions for three consecutive years, 2005-2007. She is majoring in Civil Engineering here at UD in hopes of becoming a structural engineer.
