2010-11
Baeder is a 2011 Atlantic 10 Rowing All-Academic team selection. Baeder is also a 2010 member of the Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association Scholar-Athlete list. She has made the Dean’s List in every semester at Dayton. At the 2011 A-10 Championship, Dayton's Varsity 8 not only won, but set an Atlantic 10 Championship record winning the event by 12.25 seconds, eclipsing the previous mark of 12.0 seconds. The Flyers finished with a time of 7:52.20. The Dayton Women's Varsity 8 was voted the week's Crew of the Week on Row2k.com for their winning their first ever Atlantic 10 Championship.

2009-10
Named to the CRCA All-Central Region team...Rowed on the Varsity 8 for the entire season...She helped Dayton in the NCAA South/Central Regionals Varsity 8 D Final as the Flyers came in fifth with a time of 7:08.69 to pick up 18 points in the event...Dayton came in with a time of 7:06.00 at the 2010 Atlantic 10 Championship...Came in with a time of 6:24.8 at the George Washington Regatta...competed with the Varsity 8 at the Dale England Cup...UD’s Varsity 8 cruised to a 13 second victory over Drake’s boat coming in with a time of 6:11.8.

2008-2009
Baeder rowed in the Novice 8+ helping place in second at 2009 Atlantic 10 Championship and in the semi-finals at the 2009 Dad Vail Regatta.

Personal
Baeder went to the Youth Nationals for rowing participating in the Lightweight 8. Other than crew, she was involved with cross-country and swimming in high school. Majoring in pre-physical therapy.
