2013-14Harden was a member of the squad who placed fourth at Indiana in the 2V8+, fifth place at the Occoquan Sprints in the Varsity 8+, fifth place at SIRA in the 2V8+, and second at the A-10 Championships in the 2V8+. Â She was a coxswain for the Flyers in all of these meets.
2012-13
Harden was part of the boat that won first place in the women’s Varsity 8+ at the Head of the Hidden Dragon, second place in the women’s Varsity 8+ at the Head of the Ohio and in the women’s Varsity 4+ at the Head of the Hidden Dragon, and third place in the women’s Varsity 4+ at the Knecht Cup. Harden was also part of the Varsity 8+ boat that advanced to the grand finals at the Dad Vail Regatta in May 2013 for the first time in program history.2011-12
As a freshman, Harden was a coxswain for the Flyers in every meet they participated in. This included the Cardinal Oak Ridge Invite, the Marietta Regatta, Buffalo, The Knecht Cup, and the Dad Vail Regatta. In the A-10 Championships, Harden and her Varsity 4+ boat finished sixth in the final.Â
High School
Harden was a three-year letter recipient in rowing, and field hockey, and one year letter recipient in track. She was captain of her field hockey team her senior year. Harden was student-body vice president and a member of National Honor Society.
Personal
Meghan is the daughter of Thomas and Gael Harden. She has two sisters; Jacqueline and Shannon. Meghan is majoring in psychology with a minor in Spanish and plans to become a criminal psychologist.
