2011: Played her first game (08/19) in the 7-2 win against Middle Tennessee State… Saw action in two games as a midfielder.
Coach Tucker’s Take on Jenna: "Jenna has had great success at the club and high school levels. She made a strong impression at our summer camps and showed that she is versatile and capable of competing at a high level."
Prior to UD: Was a four-year varsity member at Assumption High School...she was named Honorable Mention All-State her senior year and also earned the Sportsmanship Award...was state runner-up with Lexington FC ’93 and again with Javanon ’92...was a three-year member of the state ODP team.
Personal: Daughter of Peter and Stephanie Gerstle...has two older brothers Nate and Ben, and an older sister Brynn...Nate played soccer for University of Louisville and Brynn plays soccer at the University of Notre Dame...born Nov. 24, 1992...Major: Early Childhood Education.
