2009: Raced in the first three meets of the season, clocking a season-best 19:36.6 5K time at the Mel Brodt Invitational (9/12) for 24th-place ... Ran a 11:47.72 race in the All-Ohio Championship (35th), which was shortened to 3,000 meters due to severe weather ... On Sept. 5, opened the season with a 20:06 time in the Flyer 5K.
High School: Voted Team MVP at Providence Catholic her senior season...Served as Team Captain and also broke the school record in the three mile...In 2007, Heniff shattered two records in both the 1600 meter and 3200 meter relay in track and for her efforts during the season garnered Most Improved honors...In addition, Heniff was an honor roll student all four years.
