Job Responsibilities: Provides leadership and oversight of all revenue generating ventures and external units; including corporate partnerships, ticketing sales and operations, marketing, branding/digital strategy, creative services, broadcast and in-venue production, athletics communication and licensing for the Division of Athletics. He also serves as liaison to the Office of Advancement for Athletics' fundraising initiatives.

Past Experience: Gazdik has over 20 years experience in intercollegiate athletics administration. He has served in several roles within Dayton Athletics since his arrival; including Associate Athletics Director - Revenue / External Operations (2021-2023), Assistant Athletics Director - Revenue & Sales (2019-2021), and Director of Corporate Development (2017-2019). Prior to arriving at Dayton, held roles in the athletics departments at Wright State University (2011-2016), Southern Illinois University (2007-2011), Xavier University (2005-2007, 2002-2005) and University of Delaware (2005).

Education: Earned a bachelor's degree in sport administration from Xavier University in 2002, and a master's degree in sport administration from Xavier in 2004.

Personal: A native of New Philadelphia, Ohio, Gazdik and his wife Stacy have four children, Noah, Jack, and twins Molly and Owen.
