Megan Rawlins is in her first season on the Dayton softball staff as an assistant coach.
She comes to UD after serving as the varsity softball head coach at nearby Beavercreek High School for five seasons following eight years as assistant coach for the Beavers. Rawlins was named the Greater Western Ohio Conference coach of the year in 2021 and 2024 and led two BHS squads to state regional appearances.
Rawlins, the former Megan Barrett, is a two-time graduate of the University of Dayton after earning a bachelor's degree in education in 2012 and a master's degree in educational leadership in 2015. She was a member of the UD softball team 2009-12 and helped lead the Flyers to coach Clark's first appearance in the Atlantic 10 Tournament.
