Job Responsibilities: Main responsibilities consist of leading the development and integration of athletic programs' presence on the web and digital space. He leads the management and direction of the primary social media channels for Dayton Athletics, including Dayton Flyers and Dayton Men's Basketball. Phillips also assists with strategy, execution, and analytics for all other Flyer Athletics social media properties and the Flyers Gameday App. In addition, he deals with the day-to-day management of the Dayton Flyers brand and licensing programs. Phillips also provides leadership and oversight for the creative team.  

Past Experience: Previously at Dayton, he has served as the assistant game day producer for men’s and women’s basketball assisting with the game day atmosphere of UD Arena. He was also responsible for the Future Flyer Kids Club, and the Rudy Flyer Mascot Program, and was the staff advisor for the Red Scare student section. Phillips arrived at Dayton after spending a short time out at the University of Washington as a marketing assistant.

Education: A 2016 Dayton graduate with a bachelor’s degree in sport management and a minor in business administration. While a student at Dayton, Phillips served as the President of Red Scare Student Section for two years. He received his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Dayton in August of 2019.

Personal: Phillips currently resides in Dayton, Ohio.
