Over the weekend, the University of Dayton women’s tennis team, seeded ninth in the Atlantic 10 Conference Women’s Tennis Championship, travelled to the Boar’s Head Sports Club in Charlottesville, VA.

In the first match of the tournament, UD fell to eighth seeded Charlotte, 4-3.  After falling to Charlotte, the Flyers ended their season on a high note. UD defeated tenth seeded Fordham, 4-2.  Top-seeded Richmond snagged their third straight Atlantic 10 Championship with a convincing win over third seed Saint Louis, 4-1.
