FLYERS STILL IN NATIONAL POLLS

The University of Dayton women's basketball team moved down to No. 18 in the Associated Press Top 25 and No. 14 in the USA Today Coaches Poll after losing 61-54 to Saint Joseph's in the semifinals of the 2013 Buick Atlantic 10 Championship last week. This marks the 17th consecutive week Dayton has been ranked in both national polls.

The Flyers dropped seven spots in the AP Top 25 and fell four spots in the USA Today Coaches Poll, accumulating 325 points in each poll.
UD (27-2, 14-0 A-10) has already set a program record for Atlantic 10 victories and the 27 wins are its best since becoming a Division I program in 1985.
Dayton went undefeated at UD Arena, and has improved their home court winning streak to 13, which is seventh best in NCAA Division I women's basketball.
The Flyers are one of eight teams with two or fewer losses on the season. Baylor, Notre Dame, Stanford, Duke and Green Bay are ranked. Toledo and Quinnipiac are both receiving votes.
Dayton now turns its attention to the NCAA Women's Basketball Selection Show on Monday, March 18 at 7 p.m. ET on ESPN.
