RALEIGH, N.C. – The University of Dayton women's track and field team finished up competition at the Raleigh Relays in its first outdoor meet of the season.
"Today was good experience competing in adverse weather conditions," said head coach
Jason Francis.
Sarah Reynolds started off the day by competing in the 10,000m in which she finished 16
th overall out of 40 competitors.
In the women's pole vault college heat,
Sarah Gaskell tied for third overall.
Dayton's "A" 4x800m relay finished 15
th out of 32 teams.
Aly Weeman took sixth-place overall in the hammer throw while
Miranda Nelson finished 18
th.
In the pole vault,
Ashley DeMange and
Hanna Krizmanic tied for 9
th out of 21 student-athletes.
The Flyers will next compete on April 4 and 5 at the Eastern Illinois Invitational.
