BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - The University of Dayton women's rowing team competed for the second time this spring in races against Duquesne and Indiana Saturday at Lake Lemon.
"Overall, the weather actually improved and the water was pretty good for racing," said UD Head Coach Mike Wenker. "The boats are having typical growing pains as we entered the second set of races of the spring. We saw some good things and somethings to work on. We have a week of practice to work on somethings out before the races on Saturday and Sunday."
The Flyers will be back in action at the Occoquan Sprints in Farifax, Va. on Sunday, April 6.
