DAYTON, Ohio - The University of Dayton men's soccer team will hold its annual walk-on tryouts on Aug. 25.

Interested Dayton students can contact Assistant Coach Michael Tanke (mtanke1@udayton.edu) to obtain the necessary documents to participate. Please fill out and return all documents by Aug. 21.

The tryouts will be held at 8 a.m. at the NCR Practice Fields on the other side of Brown Street across from campus.

Participants much have had a physical within the last six months and must present documentation by the deadline. Student-athletes should also bring a pair of indoor shoes and a pair of cleats in case weather allows for the tryouts to be held outdoors.

As part of the NCAA regulations, participants must provide a physician-signed documentation with proof of sickle cell testing or a waiver of testing signed by the student-athlete. Also, prospective student-athletes must sign a concussion statement prior to tryouts.
