Box Score DAYTON - The University of Dayton women's tennis team bounced back on Saturday afternoon, defeating Rhode Island 5-2 on Senior Day at Five Seasons Sports Club.

MATCH NOTES
•    Dayton took an early lead thanks to a dominating, 6-0 win at No. 1 doubles by Mandy Marchant and Jade Kawamoto.
•    Jackie Kawamoto and Natalie Allen teamed up to give UD the doubles win with a 6-4 victory at No. 3.
•    The Flyers were able to win the match and improve to 3-2 in Atlantic 10 play thanks to wins at No. 2, 3, 4 and 6.
•    Junior Alex Townsend won 7-6, 6-0 at No. 2, while Jade Kawamoto pulled out a 6-4, 6-4 victory at No 3.
•    Freshman Natalie Allen won an exciting match at No. 4, 7-5, 3-6, 1-0.
•    Senior Mandy Marchant won her final home match of her career at No. 6, 6-1, 6-0.
