ROWING HOLDS ANNUAL BANQUET TO HONOR SENIORS

Class and Annual Awards Also Handed Out

DAYTON - The 2017 University of Dayton rowing team held its annual banquet and senior send off today at the Top of the Market.

The senior send off paid tribute to Kayla Contardi, Madison Doty, Danielle Foust, Chloe Hollinden, and Rosie Perez.

In addition to class awards, the following honors were handed out by head coach Mike Wenker:

Most Outstanding Novice Rower: Anna Benton
Most Improved Rower: Isabelle Blanchard
Most Valuable Teammate: Meghan Garriott
Most Valuable Rower: Kaleigh Barkaszi
Competitor's Cup: Kayla Contardi

Also, captains were announced for the 2017-18 season. They will be Hannah Butler and Patricia Santoni.
