The Flyers made their fifth-consecutive appearance in the A-10 Championship in 2017 and return A-10 First Team honoree Kyle Davidson and A-10 Second Teamer (and 2016 A-10 Pitcher of the Year) Manda Cash to lead UD in 2018. Head coach Cara LaPlaca is in her 11th season at Dayton.
