#UDWGOLF To Compete at MSU Citrus Challenge

The Flyers Look to Make Strong Impact in First Appearance

SORRENTO, Fla. – The University of Dayton women's golf team travels to Florida this weekend to compete at the 10th annual Morehead State University Citrus Classic March 18-20.  This is the Flyers' first appearance at the Citrus Classic.

15 teams will compete in a three-day event held at Redtail Golf Club. 81 players will be participating, including 11 individual players.  Sunday competition begins with an 8:30a.m. shotgun start.

Dayton looks to come out strong after a two week break from competition.  Following the UD HHI Invitational on March 2, senior Emily Connors was named MAAC Women's Golfer of the Week.  The Flyers are looking for success in their first stroke play competition of the spring season.
