KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The United Soccer Coaches announced their Team Academic Award winners and recognized the University of Dayton men's program for the 18
th time.
Only 345 men's programs were honored and only 255 schools that had both the men's and women's program awarded. Haverford College, Colorado College, Carleton College, Bucknell, Anderson, Lynn, Notre Dame, Penn, and Valparaiso are the only schools with more team academic awards in program history.
This also marks the 14
th consecutive year the Flyers have received this award.
College Team Academic Award recipients are active members of the United Soccer Coaches College Services Program with a composite grade point average of 3.0 or better on a 4.0 scale for all players on the roster for the 2018-19 academic year.
The Flyers return to action this Saturday at 7 p.m. against George Mason on the road.
