Women's Cross Country Claims All-Ohio Title

The Flyers Have Won The All-Ohio Championship Twice In The Last Three Years

CEDARVILLE, Ohio – The University of Dayton women's cross country team won the 2019 All-Ohio Intercollegiate Championship 6K Saturday at Cedarville University.

Dayton junior Kelly Wilker was runner-up in the championship race with a PR time of 21:47.5, taking nearly 30 seconds off her previous best in a 6K.

The Flyers had a strong pack of four finish 15th, 17th, 19th, and 20th to secure the team title. It's the second time UD has won the title in three years (Dayton did not compete in the All-Ohio last year).

In the open race, Reilly Madsen led the Flyers with a ninth place finish in a time of 24:26.4.
