NEWPORT NEWS, Va. – The Atlantic 10 Conference released its weekly awards for men's soccer Monday and recognized a University of Dayton student-athlete for the first time this season.

Jaden Jones-Riley was named A-10 Offensive Player of the Week after his efforts in games against UAB and Memphis to open the 2021 campaign this past weekend.
He started the week off with a bang, scoring his first career hat-trick in the 5-1 win over UAB to begin the Wolstein Classic at Ohio State. With goals in the 13

st minutes and an assist, Jones-Riley led the Flyers to their first win of the season. Sunday, the Tallahassee native played 106 minutes in defense as Dayton drew with Memphis 1-1.
Jones-Riley was named All-Tournament Team at the Wolstein Classic and finished the two-game stretch with seven points, which leads the A-10.
The Flyers return to action Saturday at home against Incarnate Word.
