Box Score MUNCIE, Ind. - The University of Dayton men's tennis team dropped its mid-week road contest to Ball State University Wednesday, Feb. 22, falling 5-2 to the host Cardinals at the Northwest YMCA.
Ball State grabbed control of the match from the outset, winning No. 1 and No. 3 doubles by scores of 7-5 and 6-2, respectively. Sophomore

Connor Bruce continued his strong play on the season, winning in quick fashion at No. 1 singles, 6-3, 6-1. The Cardinals struck back, however, winning at No. 5, No. 6 and No. 3 to secure the match victory. Senior
Matt DeMarco and Ball State's No. 2 Danilo Kovacevic battled at No. 2, with DeMarco ultimately pulling out an impressive 6-3, 2-6, 7-5(8) win.
