INDIANAPOLIS - The University of Dayton women's golf team competed in the Butler Fall Invitational Sept. 30- Oct. 1. The three-round event was played at Highland Country Club and the course was played at 6,040 yards and par 70. 

Youngstown State took the first-place finish today with a team score of 284-290-289 = 863 (+23).  Butler's Kelli Sheck placed first for individuals with overall scores of 211 after three rounds. Scheck won medalist honors after securing the win through a three-hole playoff. Dayton finished fifth today with a score breakdown of 290-298-294 = 882 (+42).

t-17th Emma Sparling  70-75-75 = 220 (+10)
t-23rd Ally Madden  74-78-70 = 222 (+12)
t-23rd Kylee Heidemann 71-73-78 = 222 (+12)
t-36th Jenna Harter 77-72-74 = 223 (+13)
t-49th  Lilly Middleton (Ind.) 75-75-77 = 227 (+17)
t-52nd Megan Yoder  75-78–75 = 228 (+18)

KEY STATS
38 - junior Ally Madden parred 38 holes throughout the three rounds.
7 - senior Megan Yoder birdied seven holes.
5 - The Flyers placed fifth out of 17 teams. 

UP NEXT
Dayton will participate in the Parkinson Family Invitational hosted by Loyola Chicago on Oct 7-8. The Flyers will be playing at the Merit Club in Libertyville, Ill.
