Neena Katauskas was named the Atlantic 10 Performer of the Week, the conference announced Tuesday afternoon.

Katauskas played a major role in Dayton's 2-0 week, winning both her matches at No. 3 singles in straight sets, while also going 1-0 in doubles play.

The Chamblee, Ga. native topped her opponent from Northern Kentucky, 6-1, 7-6 (3), and then dominated her adversary from Saint Francis (Pa.) 6-2, 6-0. She also teamed with sophomore
Natalie Osiecki to win at No. 1 doubles over the Red Storm, 7-5.

Dayton has won five consecutive matches and hosts two home events this weekend, taking on Ball State and Butler.
