INDIANAPOLIS – The University of Dayton baseball team found itself on the other side of a doubleheader sweep on Sunday after taking two from Butler on Saturday, falling 11-9 and 9-8 to the Bulldogs on Sunday afternoon Bulldog Park.
The Flyers nearly came back from a six-run deficit in the first game of the day but came up short, then the Bulldogs completed a comeback in game two, getting a walk-off winner to split the series.
