DAYTON – The University of Dayton track and field team finished their regular season today after their competitions at the Penn Relays and the Miami RedHawk Invitational. The RedHawk Invitational showed that the Flyers are ready to compete at the A-10 Championships next weekend, and the Penn Relays gave them experience against some of the toughest competition in the country.
MIAMI REDHAWK INVITATIONAL HIGHLIGHTS
- Anna Yater earned second place while setting a PR in the hammer throw with her 52.02m mark. Yater now owns the fifth-best hammer throw in the A-10 for this season.
- Maggie Hofner finished the discus throw in second place while earning a PR mark of 43.20m. This is the sixth-best mark in the A-10 for the outdoor season.
- Christierra Cici Williams landed in the record books with the fifth-best long jump in UD history. She finished in third place while earning a PR in the event.
- Every Flyer that started today earned a PR in one of the events they competed in.

PENN RELAYS HIGHLIGHTS
- Casey Bogues finished in fourth place in javelin with her 47.48m throw. She has finished in the top four in every javelin throw competition so far this season.
