WASHINGTON, D.C. - The University of Dayton men's basketball team will have at least 18 nationally-televised games in the upcoming 2024-25 season.  This news, along with the full Atlantic 10 Conference schedule, was announced today by the University and the A-10.

In addition, UD revealed additional information for its two preseason exhibition games.  The Flyers' Spotlight on Mental Health charity game against Xavier on Sunday, Oct. 20 will tip-off at 5 p.m. ET.  Dayton's second exhibition game will be against Ashland on Saturday, Oct. 26 at 6 p.m. ET.

The A-10 also announced the league's national television schedule on the ESPN Networks, CBS Sports Network and NBC Universal. 

Counting games at the Maui Invitational and non-conference games at home with Marquette and UNLV, Dayton will play eight games on an ESPN outlet, five on the CBS Sports Network, two on Peacock and two on USA Network.  All games in the A-10 tournament will also be nationally televised.  

UD opens the conference season at home against La Salle on New Year's Eve.  The Flyers play eight conference games – three at home and five on the road – in the month of January.  Dayton is on the road for two – at George Washington (Jan. 4) and UMass (Jan. 8), and then back home for two – George Mason (Jan 15) and Loyola (Jan. 18).  After playing at Duquesne (Jan. 21) and hosting Saint Joseph's (Jan. 24), UD closes out the month with two more on the road – at St. Bonaventure (Jan. 28) and Saint Louis (Jan. 31).

Dayton opens February with two games at home – Davidson (Feb 4) and VCU (Feb. 7).  The Flyers are at Fordham on Feb. 12 and at home versus Duquesne on Feb. 15, before playing two more on the road – Loyola (Feb. 21) and Rhode Island (Feb. 25).

March opens with a pair of games at UD Arena – Richmond on March 1 and Saint Louis on March 4.  Dayton ends the regular season with its fifth game on ESPN's Atlantic 10 Friday Night Showcase at VCU on March 7.

The Atlantic 10 Men's Basketball Championship is Wednesday-Sunday, March 12-16 at the Capital One Center in Washington, D.C..

In A-10 play, Dayton will play five games on Tuesdays, five on Fridays, four on Wednesdays and four more on Saturdays.  

Dayton returns three starters from last year's squad that posted a 25-8 overall mark and finished third in the Atlantic 10 Conference standings. The Flyers earned a No. 7 seed in the NCAA tournament, advancing to the second round.

Dayton's 13-game non-conference schedule was announced on Aug. 6.  The Flyers open the season at home on Monday, Nov. 4 against Saint Francis.
