Third-Consecutive #A10GOLF Weekly Award For Kylee Heidemann

Junior From Cincinnati Earned Medalist Honors for Second-Straight Week

WASHINGTON - University of Dayton women's golf junior Kylee Heidemann has been named the Atlantic 10's Golfer of the Week for the third time this season after posting her second-consecutive first-place finish for the Flyers. Loyola Chicago freshman Reese Kite was named Rookie of the Week. The awards, which were announced on Tuesday, are for competitions from October 6 to October 12. 

Heidemann turned in her second-consecutive first-place finish at Western Michigan's Bronco Fall Classic, finishing six strokes ahead of second place. She helped lead the Flyers to a tie for first place in team standings, but the host Broncos won the tiebreaker. Heidemann parred a total of 40 holes, most among the field of 41. The Cincinnati, Ohio, native shot 73-73-73 over the three-day tournament.
