DAYTON – The University of Dayton men's tennis team will be back in action on Wednesday, March 11 for a road match at Penn State.
The match is set to begin at 2 p.m.
The Flyers last played on Feb. 28, defeating Bellarmine 6-1 and improving to 7-5. Kyle McNally, Mikkel Zinder, Dylan Jaen, Sturle Skigelstrand and Kaia Mendibe won their singles matches in addition to the doubles point.
Penn State is 11-4 after splitting matches against No. 1 Ohio State and Lehigh last weekend. David Lindsay leads the Nittany Lions with 15 singles wins on the season. In doubles, Lindsay has five wins with both Reiya Hattori and Michael Wright.
This will be the first time the Flyers and the Nittany Lions have met. Mutual opponents this season include Cleveland State and Ohio State. Both teams defeated Cleveland State and fell to Ohio State.
