DAYTON – The Dayton Flyers return to the friendly confines of the Epicenter of College Basketball, UD Arena, to host the quarterfinal round of the National Invitational Tournament against Illinois State on Wednesday, March 25.

De'Shayne Montgomery became the fourth Flyer to join the 1,000 career point club this season thanks to a 20-point showing by the Fort Lauderdale, Fla. native. Montgomery was 8-of-13 from the floor, had three steals, two assists and two rebounds to lead Dayton to their second road win of the NIT.
