WASHINGTON, D.C. – The University of Dayton men's tennis team's Kyle McNally and Rishi Dore have earned both of the Atlantic 10's awards this week, the league office announced.
McNally has been A-10 Player of the Week four times this season. This is Dore's third time getting the Rookie of the Week nod.
In Dayton's 2-0 weekend against Fordham and Duquesne, McNally went 4-0. The junior won both of his singles matches at the No. 1 court. In No. 2 doubles, he and Eric Suk defeated the Rams and the Dukes 6-3.
Dore played three matches this weekend, winning all three. The Springboro, Ohio native came out on top in singles against Fordham with a 6-1, 6-2 win. He and teammate Sturle Skigelstrand helped clinch the Flyers' doubles points, winning both of their matches 6-3.
